Front Porch Revival

I'm Sarah the host of Front Porch Revival Podcast. I believe we can reclaim our homes, families, and support each other to have the courage to stand up for our convictions.

Pull up a chair.
A quiet return to presence, courage, and rooted living in a restless world.

Front Porch Revival exists to help women—especially mothers—slow down, stand firm, and build lives shaped by conviction rather than noise.

This is not about escaping the world.
It’s about learning how to live well inside it.

The Heart of Front Porch Revival

Somewhere along the way, faster became better, louder became stronger, and busy became a badge of honor.

Front Porch Revival is a gentle resistance to that lie.

This space is for women who sense that something essential has been lost—and are brave enough to rebuild it without waiting for permission.

We believe presence is powerful.
That character is formed slowly.
That home, faith, and courage are worth protecting.

We’re not trying to rewind time.
We’re choosing to live awake.

About Sarah

I’m Sarah—wife, mother of three, rookie homesteader, and the host of Front Porch Revival.

I didn’t arrive here because I have life figured out. I arrived here because I realized that speed, noise, and constant striving were costing more than they were giving.

Choosing a slower, more intentional life didn’t come from perfection—it came from conviction. From learning to trust discernment over applause, and depth over distraction.

Front Porch Revival grew from that choice.

This work isn’t about retreating from the world.

It’s about learning how to stand firmly inside it.

The Podcast

Front Porch Revival

Front Porch Revival is a weekly podcast for women who feel the quiet pull toward a slower, more grounded way of living—and are brave enough to listen to it.

These conversations are reflective, story-driven, and rooted in the belief that presence still matters, character is formed slowly, and courage doesn’t need to be loud to be strong.

This is not a podcast of hot takes or hustle. It’s a place to think clearly, breathe deeply, and remember what you already know to be true.

Here we talk about:

  • Slow living in a fast, demanding culture

  • Motherhood as formation, not performance

  • Escaping escapism and choosing presence

  • Cultural courage and quiet conviction

  • Faith, home, and building lives that feel honest and rooted

Episodes are mostly solo reflections where — meant to feel like sitting across from a friend on the porch, not being talked at.

You don’t need to agree with everything said here.
You just need to be willing to think.

The Book (Coming Soon)

The Front Porch Revival - Essays on Motherhood, Quiet Courage, and Reclaiming Home

My debut book will be a collection of essays — bold, tender, and unapologetically rooted in truth — exploring motherhood, finding your way when the world feels upside down, becoming unoffendable in an age addicted to offense, and cultivating a homestead heart in a culture that has forgotten how to be still.

It’s not a how-to guide. It’s an invitation.

An invitation to stop escaping your life—and start inhabiting it.

Who This Is For

Front Porch Revival is for you if:

  • You feel the quiet tension between how you’re living and how you know you’re meant to live

  • You’re drawn to slow, intentional rhythms in a culture that glorifies constant motion

  • You want to raise children with courage, discernment, and depth

  • You’re willing to be misunderstood if it means being faithful

  • You believe a quieter life can actually be a stronger one

You don’t need to make drastic changes all at once.

You just need the courage to stop running from your convictions.

Who This Is Not For

This is not a space for hustle culture, outrage cycles, or performative living.

You won’t find hot takes, trends, or pressure to keep up here.

We’re not interested in being impressive.

We’re interested in being rooted.
