The Front Porch Revival

Essays on Motherhood, Quiet Courage, and Reclaiming Home

I’ve wanted to be an author since the day I first picked up a pencil. Long before life led me into healthcare, I was writing stories, chasing ideas, and dreaming of telling the kind of truths that shape culture — the kind of work I once imagined doing for National Geographic.

I took the safe road for a season.
But I never stopped believing in the power of words.

Because I am convinced of this: the most powerful tool we have in reclaiming our homes — and ultimately our country — is the pen.

Not outrage. Not noise. Not endless commentary. But clear, courageous, honest writing that reminds people who they are and what truly matters.

My debut book will be a collection of essays — bold, tender, and unapologetically rooted in truth — exploring motherhood, finding your way when the world feels upside down, becoming unoffendable in an age addicted to offense, and cultivating a homestead heart in a culture that has forgotten how to be still.

These pages are for women who know deep down that something sacred is worth defending — their families, their faith, their values, their way of life. For those who believe that quiet conviction is stronger than loud rebellion, and that rebuilding starts on the front porch before it ever reaches the public square.

This book is more than a debut.
It’s me finally stepping into the calling I’ve carried since childhood — and using the pen the way I always believed it was meant to be used: to tell the truth, strengthen families, and help light the way back home.

I’m so grateful for all the encouragement and support that I have received on this journey!
